It's over! Congratulations to Rika for being this year's Most Moe. The journey to the finals was a grueling one for these two newcomers, but Rika has edged everyone else to be crowned champion and prove that fate can indeed be changed. Something to Nii~pah about!

P.S Yet again, it was the gaijin votes that turned the tides to Rika's favor. Hopefully this would not result in foreign voters getting banned next year, as the Eleven's candidate fell due to those votes, as shown below:

FATE CAN BE CHANGED! Beating Teabitch by just a mere 5 votes, Rika advances to the finals to face Nagi this Saturday. My faith is restored, and with that, may the most moe win.

PS Interestingly enough, it was the foreign votes that made the difference, since the Elevens were behind Shinku all the way:

Wow, I had a feeling Rika would win this round as well, but not by this much. Admittedly I prefer Louise, but seeing her go down to such a formidable opponent is fine by me. Pretty much ignored in the previous tournament, it's refreshing to see Rika defy all odds to become a major contender this year.
