I would have forgotten all about this had a friend not reminded me. The mostly forgettable Summer, save for a few gems, is behind us. Wanna be part of, and I quote “a professional quality multi-author website (blog) on Japanese Entertainment culture“? Sadly this is not an annoucement for job vacancies at THAT or Sea Slugs!, but rather for a new site spearheaded by an associate, whose identity will remain a secret for the time being. If you’ve always wanted to strut your stuff but at the same time unwilling to go through the nitty gritty of setting up your own blog, here’s your chance to do so now! Also, before you start to looking away, do take note that you will be compensated! That’s right, the admin is providing some form of remuneration for your efforts, so you have absolutely no reason not to try it out. Sounds like a great idea to me, though I just hope this doesn’t spark an unhealthy trend for those already in team blogs to start asking their bosses for payment
