Meet E.M.A
Acronym for Eternal Maiden Actualization, EMA-tan is touted to be petite(w00t!), friendly(w00t!) and big-busted(pig disgusting). Using advanced infrared technology, EMA-tan is able to detect the presence of the human head and engage into said kissu modo. Among other tasks that EMA-tan can perform include singing, dancing and handing out business cards.
While EMA-tan isn’t much of a looker now, in time, the evolution in robotics will run its course, and we’ll have life-like girlfriends resembling Chii. There’s always the present option of having a figurine sculptor mold an existing design and encase the robot with it. Either way, the prospects seem to be an intriguing one nonetheless, not to mention having a detrimental effect on the already declining birth rate in Japan 
. Made by Sega Toys, she is set to go on sale in September for around 18,000 Yen. A little pricey, but I guess in the long run, it’s much more affordable than having a real girlfriend.
