The great thing about coming up with a dumb post isn’t posting it, it’s showing everyone online you did.

It’s that time of the year again. The bane of students everywhere; The Final Exams. Just like the end level boss of an RPG, there are many preparations one must go through before facing their greatest foe, where the victory favors those who come fully equipped, and merciless slaughter awaits the unprepared. I fall under the category where the character just barely scraps through, clinging on for dear life.

Even as that dreadful day approaches, as you can see, I’ll probably still update, albeit sporadically, with random stuff that has nothing to do with the week’s releases(Thank god for no Code Geass). Speaking of final papers, here’s a classic meme, inspired by an hero named Mike, who failed his semester in the most creative way known to otakudom.

Also known as “Unlimited Essay Works”. Parody of Unlimited (Something) Works that a resident of /a/ (”Mike”) turned in as a final essay for his English class, which he alleged to be failing anyway. The paper was immediately graded, and Mike (miraculously) managed to obtain a D+, though he still recieved an F in the courses. The utter hillarity and improbability of the incident (which, to this day, leads many Anonymous to suspect the event was staged) was well recieved by /a/ as an example of failing with true style (in accordance with the context of the original “Unlimited [Insert] Works” meme), and an amused mod stickied the topic. Unlimited Essay Works immediately lead to the spawning of several minor, forced memes, taken from the teacher’s comments in the margins.

More examples, but not anywhere as epic.

Props to Mike and the rest, though trying something like that out when you’re tertiary level is the equivalent to academic seppuku. My own paper’s next week. Time to hit the books, or at least try to.
