Just wow. The gratuitous amounts fanservice elements featured here has even me baffled, and that’s saying a lot, considering how much of a sucker I am when it comes to these things. Right off the bat in the OP itself, we are treated to excessive cleavage and crotch shots that actually made me raise an eyebrow. Having said that, I returned to my usual self and all hints of rational thinking were diminished the moment I set my eyes on Lala’s ample bosoms in the actual episode orz

The plot(or lack thereof) revolves around Rito, the generic out of luck male lead. With that statement alone, you can pretty guess how the story will flow. Do I really need to proceed? Anyway, Lala, an alien princess, decides to pop up at his place in the buff, after successfully escaping her bodyguards. As it turns out, she’s being forced into an arranged marriage. Hilarity ensue, as our poor hero attempts to fend her pursuers off, which he failed miserably, by the way, Rito accidentally confesses to Lala, who agrees to be his bride, right in the presence of his childhood friend, Haruna.

As you can see, there isn’t much to write about this show, which relies heavily on eye candy to appeal to the audience. Mind you, I’m not complaining, since I sort of enjoyed reading the manga as a form of guilty pleasure. What can I say, this was an ecchi manga to begin with, and judging from the first episode itself, they’re definitely not holding back, stopping short before the naughty bits become fully visible. That’s where the DVDs come in of course. Also, if there’s any need for me to continue with this for to me watch, it’s because Yami-chan, the killer loli who hates perverts, my favorite characters from the series thus far. After reading a number of feedback from various sources, it definitely failed to impress anyone, although people like me seem to be fine with it so far ^^
