Another World, Kyou Chapter

This is Fujibayashi Ryou:

-Uses her position as class representative to approach the main character.
-Cannot shuffle cards.
-Explains everything off as "maiden's inspiration."
-Even though she might not even be a virgin.
-When she tells your fortune with cards, everything turns out the exact opposite.
-Likes the same person her older sister likes.
-Consults her sister about this even though she knows her sister likes him.
-Uses her sister and manipulates her into playing cupid.
-Her cooking can be considered a harmful substance to mammals.
-Her fashion sense is bad.
-Makes the main character go to her favorite shio tonkatsu ramen place instead of her sister's tonkatsu.
-When she realizes that she has lost, she quickly plays good and tries to help her sister.
-She will suddenly drop her feelings for the first guy and start going out with someone she has only met once in the past.
-Even though they hadn't discussed having children yet, she pretends to be pregnant and tricks her boyfriend.
-She may have the popular knee socks attribute, but so does her sister.
-She doesn't move around enough anyway, so there aren't many chances for her knee socks to be seen.
-Getting with her is actually technically a BAD END; this is a message from the creators saying "don't go out with just anyone."
What a nice bitch. And you thought Kyou was terrible compared to Ryou in her own route! Personally, I would have preferred that Okazaki date both sisters and perhaps impregnate them along the way, though the outcome might be less than beautiful. Excuse me while I savor this moment which I've waited for two long years.

thing is, Ryou never really liked Tomoya. She just pretended she did in order to “beat” her sister at something cause let’s face it Kyou’s no. 1 at everything in comparison. Ryou’s ending was really lame in the game and I don’t really count it anyway. Plus Ryou x Kappei was a hell lot funnier

Why did Kyou need to cut her hair? Her hair was fabulous! Damn it!

Well in the end, it sums up to KyouXTomoya. Everyone is happy. Next up would be Kotomi, right? No Fuuko for me.

I have to say, the OVA changes my opinion on Kyou not one whit. The compact length made the melodrama a tad bearable however. Just a little.

@Rakuen – IMO Kyou looks much more attractive with the shorter shoulder length hair.

The episode was way too short and extremely rushed, but it’s still good noneoftheless.
Wished it was at least 2 or 3 episodes long..
In the visual novel, the build up made everything more emotional, especially the rain scene.
Well, maybe I would’ve like the episode more if I didn’t play the visual novel first hand..
But still, it’s great to see Kyou’s route in anime form, makes me want to play her route again ^_^
And short-haired Kyou FTW!

I myself am thinking along the same lines…not primarily because of the impregnation part of your statement ; but because of my affinity to neutrality and disgust of having to pick one over another when you can have the best of both worlds.

This was more of a Ryou OVA. They focused on her much more than Kyou. Poor girl. She’s Kyou with an ugly haircut and an inferior personality. The scene where she admits this is pretty awesome. You’ve got to admire the way she fought on despite the impossible odds (no one in their right minds would pick Ryou over Kyou).

PS Was anyone else disgusted by the KyouXSanorha scene?
