@Nazarielle: No. When discussing scales, “logarithmic” does not refer to the shape but rather to the transformation from linear scale to non-linear scale. In other words, if you have a scale where the numbers are based on a logarithm of linear values, then it’s called a logarithmic scale. The most common example: the decibel scale (which I just discovered is used for a whole lot more than just measuring sound intensity).
Basically, you’re using an equation similar to y=log(x), where y is the resultant scale and x is the set of original, linearly-spaced values.

It would have been better to announce this early. The question is how many of their possible viewers they lost thanks to this. Hell I wanted to see the first ep to but no. A freaking nice view instead.
