Maria+Holic 06: I Hate Imoutits

Five episodes into this series and I feel as though I'm no longer watching a wacky show about a provocatively sadistic trap but rather a cookie cutter yuri highschool girl anime  ┐(-｡ｰ;)┌ The lack of Mariya in the previous two episodes would have otherwise annoyed me to no end, had they not showed him in a maid and nurse's outfit respectively. Apology accepted, SHAFT.

While it's an established fact that I'm gay for Mariya, I don't know if I can get used to the idea of having another version of him being genuinely female. I mean, Mariya's allure, other than his personality, has always been about him having a penis underneath it all. Shizu on the other hand, is a rather generic bishoujo moeblob ( ¯3¯) SHAFT even casted Aya Hirano of all people, and considering Mariya's uncanny resemblance to Death Note's Misa Misa, it seemed like the natural choice, I think. I was apprehensive when Kuro first told me about, but admittedly she sounded a lot better than I give her credit for. I would have even clutched my heart and grunted a HNNNNGH for her overall cuteness, but making Shizu big breasted, when she was clearly DFC in the manga is something I cannot overlook. For shame, SHAFT.

    You aren’t an ANZAC yet…know your place. I hope President Kanako will launch a preemptive strike to ascertain Shizu’s true cup size. Clearly this was through Kanako Vision and as such there was a heavy anti DFC bias because Kanako likes girls with BIG hopes and Dreams. Now you can have your wincest to go along with it…

    Still I look forward to President Kanako chasing Shizu. You can have you Mariya, but Kanako will have Shizu. Besides relatively speaking Kanako’s hopes and dreams are bigger. :wink:

    Besides – they’re not that much smaller in the manga, at least not when you see Shizu with Mariya afterwards. Oh, and she’s less evil than her brother… but just about anyone’s less evil than Mariya.
