Very belated post concerning Saimoe 2008
I'm sure most of you are all aware that Saimoe 2008 is over weeks ago, though I'd just like to share something related to it to you guys.
Early last month I went on a trip to Tokyo, had a lot of fun there, maybe I'll try and post something up if I ever feel like it, but that's not the focus of this post.
Naturally (for most readers here anyway) I went to Akihabara for the usual "pilgrimage" and stuff. And coming across a shop that sells only PCs and laptops (remember that Akiba is actually famous for selling electric stuffs first before it became famous as an otaku ghetto), I noticed this stuck on the entrance:
'Nuff said. (Regardless of what you think of the outcome or of Kagamin. )
I myself did not participate in any voting whatsoever, since I was too busy and couldn't be bothered to handle all the partisanships without risking getting my blood pressure boiling, let's just say.
The final itself was held just before I left for Tokyo, and it was only by chance that I popped by and learned that she won, and within days (when I saw this), this was posted. It was just too amusing so I took a photo of it.

Kagami isn’t even worth remembering for you, is it Shin? Did you hate the Saimoe for some reason?

The hell you talking about tflops? Even if you had apologized to Shin, it seemed like you were implying that I hated Saimoe, huh?
No, just joking. I bear no grudge towards your misconception.
Though it’s true I don’t care about Saimoe as much as I used to. I only heard that both Hiiragi sisters were finalists, with Kagamin as the “Clannad killer” or something. Clannad also did very well this year.
Anyway, best to leave it at that, lest this draws the ire of people with “serious business” and their various allegiances.

Now I remembered, I bear grudge to Kagami since she defeated Nagisa at the semi-finals, Tomoyo Sakagami which is my favorite, Kyou and Sanae-san!! I voted all for Clannad but all has lost u_u
I lost interest for the Saimoe. She murdured all!!! Here but since she’s tsundere, I want her to win.

Well, the girls of Clannad have a better chance of winning next year.
Though, I want Taiga to win next year… really badly.
