Code Geass R2 Turn 15: Ding-dong! The Witch Is Dead?

Even when facing his greatest nemesis, Lelouch is able to muster the most fabulous means of overcoming his adversary. And I've got to get me one of those universal remotes that Lelouch has, not only does it change channels, it activates self destruct mechanisms and fires missiles as well.

Because it's going to take more than that to kill the venerated Big Charles, seeing that huge grin on his face as he mocks Lelouch's parlor tricks in gaining the upperhand was the single most badass(and spookiest) thing I've seen in a while.

Just like that, my fantasies of seeing Kallen as a canon drug dependant crackwhore got flushed down the drain. Do something right for once, damn it!

While seemingly a waste of time, this may well be the impetus for Ougi to stir a mutiny within the OoTBK once he finds out that Zero is actually a Britannian prince through Viletta. Doesn't change the fact that this is by far the most cliched pairing in the show though.

More convoluted banter from the Emperor. I guess if you've been following me on my comparisons with this and Metal Gear Solid, it may seem familiar, since I've always insisted that Lelouch is actually a clone of Charles.

With newfound immortality and powers, Big Charles' ability to mindrape is kicked up a notch as he is now able to conjure a Marble Phantasm and sick Unlimited Geass Works on Lelouch. Does this also mean he is now able to grant Geass to others?

Longing for the taste of mortality, C.C reveals her true intention of binding the contract with Lelouch. Of course, the only surprise here is how she had planned to achieve it.

A sneak peek at Nunally's Geass perhaps? It was refreshing to see her exercise her position as head of state for once, owning both the secretary bitch and Suzaku back to back.

So it turns out C.C was a loli ~~sex~~ slave who sought salvation through a nun that granted the former the power of Geass. I had initially assumed that alongside V.V, C.C was an original Geass contractor, so to speak, by virtue of being the few founding people of the Cult. Makes you wonder if the Gods Charles and V.V spoke of were in reference to the source of this cursed power.

Speaking of contractors, I would have preferred if Sunrise ripped themselves off again and made her loli C.C instead.

And all she ever wanted was to be loved, but did someone like her really need Geass for that purpose? The only drawback I can really think of while dating C.C would be that she's high maintanence and you'd go broke buying her pies at that time.

Lelouch certainly inherited the tendency for theatrics from his old man, though I'm pretty sure this scene took much longer than it should have because C.C instinctively shied away from Big Charles' bad breath. Being the ungrateful child, Lelouch cockblocks his dad and tears down the joint.

Is that where she got her name from? Cook and Clean? In a blink of an eye, C.C has been reduced from an enigmatic, confident, sardonic seductive mistress of deception to nothing more than a submissive green haired moeblob.....

THANK YOU SUNRISE!

With that, Lelouch decides to abandon his grand plan of creating a utopia out of the ashes of destruction and instead help C.C adapt to contemporary living with hilarious results in this love comedy spinoff. Watch as she eats pizza for the first time all over again and contain excitement thinking it might give her master a bad impression.

@Bob: I don’t think anyone doubted that Nina would develop a super-bomb; it was only a matter of time, after all. I mean, SHE PLAYED WITH URANIUM-235 AT HER HIGH SCHOOL! On the other side of things, the amnesiac C.C. thing at the end was (in my opinion), quite unexpected, at least with respect to everything that has come before.

I do agree that Shin should have made some comment about that. At the very least, there should have been a comment on Schneizel’s Char look.

OMG Charles is going to hurt himself doing situps like that. Are Immortals immune to back strain?

I found it interesting that everyone else on the team had to wear special goggles, but Nina’s transition glasses are approved for witnessing tremendous and destructive explosions.

And although C.C.’s now just a poor slave girl, counting to 20 allows her to at least pay the pizza delivery man (here in America).

I voted for cook and clean. Those two basic chores may sound simple, but fewer and fewer modern generation women are capable of adequately performing those two with passable skills.

But oh god, I have never been looking forward to the next code geass episode as much as I am now, since…well…since the end of episode 25 and the news of the upcoming season 2 way back a year ago.

At least now we know why this show is titled Code Geass (sort of). Geass is Geass and Code is the thing that makes people immortal. How nice.

It still doesn’t explain the green hair (if anything, it worsens things since she was once cupposedly a normal if lowly human girl).

Unless of course the mind wipe fails to be reversed and C.C. lives till the day space starts being explored and she fights against a rising pop star for the affection of a blue haired trap pilot using said green hair and the power of Kir- I mean Geass.

Majority votes “dispose of dead bodies” … Now I know there’s something wrong in the world we live in.

C.C.’s past was a really unexpected twist (Sunrise fashion) and so was V.V.’s death. But Lelouch seems to believe that C.C.’s true wish wasn’t death, but something else. I’m just guessing that it’s “true love” lol

But yeah, Charles should now be able to grant Geass to others. After all, V.V seal did transfer over to Charles, just like the nun’s seal went over to C.C. Question is – what happened to C.C’s seal?
