So C.C and Marianne knew one another, but I wouldn't have guessed they were BFF who enjoyed some equestrian on the side. Also, because I love pointing out little references here due to lack of real content, here's this week's pointless trivia:

I hate how Sunrise loves to build up the climax with their cliffhangers only to ruin it all at the beginning of the subsequent episode. It kind of makes me glad I didn't come up with more conspiracy fanfiction bullshit which I really love, such as the one regarding how Miya is the actual killer. Oh, and kudos to Lelouch for faking it though lovestruck Rolo probably couldn't tell either way.

Just so you know that people die when they are killed. For this ominous occassion, there are a myriad of emotions which you can derive from the facial expressions alone. Rivalz's the only person grimacing with tears at the funeral as a close friend is now dead. Miya's probably celebrating inside her, going "I'M TAKING MAI HUNNI'S HAT BACK" while Viletta's holding back that laughter from seeing Shirley getting her just desserts.

I have no idea what the 50% of voters who felt C.C had the superior ass were thinking. Either it's just the CLAMP Noodle Physics™ at work, or all that pizza has not contributed any form of expansion to her buttocks. Also, her conversation to an unknown entity has led me to believe that Marianne's soul resides within Cheese-kun itself, which in turn proves that the latter's Geass is to transfer her own soul from one object to another. You heard it here first!

For someone who's lived for centuries, V.V is still as naive as any kid out there. I can't believe he didn't see through the cheap props, never mind the fact the a research facility as advanced as that does not come with equally high tech detection equipment and radar. Oh Sunrise wwwwwwww.

Frankly, while it does all seem like Zero's just going on a rage induced power trip, I guess the silver lining is that he's getting rid of potential Rollos.  I'd imagine it being fodder for Suzakufags to dwell on, with Lelouchfags defending his actions, so I'll stay mum on whatever justification for that massacre was and just enjoy the bloodshed.

Dur hur. And now you know why Kallen has the second lowest INT score. A definite case of boob size being inversely proportionate to brain power? That, or she's just playing the part of the bimbo a bit too well.

Uh, better Nagisa than Shougo? Why hint at this pairing when you're most likely not going to be developing it? Well, at least it's giving me that mental image of Toudou banging her brains out.

Why, yes it is! With world oil prices skyrocketing, even the Cult has to cut corners whenever possible, and instead of paying for new mecha designs, why not just salvage an old one and give it a paint job? With Saudi Arabia falling into Zero's hands, inflation is at an all time high now.

Despite being screwed over by his former allies in a treacherous orgy of betrayal, there's nothing like the mention of Marianne's name to get V.V so agitated. I bet he was the one who killed Marianne for the very same reason Rollo did with Shirley, and Charles couldn't touch the clingy little punk due to his immortality.

Joining the fray is Cornelia and her boomsticks, whom I officially just became a fanboy of. Just look at that. Nay Crusader, not even the great MacGyver could match her ingenuity and resourcefulness. Tony Stark, eat your heart out and replace it with an Arc Reactor! Cornelia-sama built this in a cave. With a box of scraps!

Eh? Where did Agent Orange come from? After this scene, I was hit with a nostalgic flashback of someone who in a lot of ways is the same as Orange-kun here. Inspector Gadget, anyone? Since I doubt he had ninjitsu training like Sayoko, I believe that gravity defying leap is powered by spring enhanced legs.

Mind you, that wasn't just a simple hop, step, jump, drew, draw, drawn. Agent Orange had to escape this mushroom cloud in no more than a few seconds. Holy shit!

Failing at failure? We all know what the secondary objective of this mission was, and looks like we'll see our brothercon for at least a few more episodes.

Oh ho, is that some Darth Drugzaku? For someone who disagrees with Zero for the methods he used, here is Suzaku brushing aside his stand in order to extract information from Kallen. Hypocrisy or character development? He had to use Refrain out of every other available option and the implications here are astoundingly cruel; he's Japanese, she's half-Japanese and her mom was(is?) an addict. Whoops, was I being serious for a moment there? I mean LOOKING FORWARD TO  SEXY SOME RAPE TIME! I'm also guessing that after this, Sayoko will be sent in for a sneaking mission to rescue Kallen, Kunoichi style, as hinted in the OP.

This fuels the fact that V.V has been doing naughty things behind Charles' back, like stealing from the cookie jar when mom wasn't looking and blaming the younger sibling for it or sending assassin squads after Lelouch. Perhaps Big Charles isn't so evil after all, and is a misunderstood loner being manipulated by his older brother.

You know that warping effect that always takes place on screen whenever you encounter an enemy in JRPGs? Similiarly, Lelouch experiences it and suddenly finds himself standing right before the endgame (Big) Boss.

Is this what you call meeting the maker? It makes me wonder if everything that Big Charles have done so far was part of his plan to prep Lelouch to become the true heir to the Britannian throne. I can see it now, before telling Lelouch the truth behind his birth, Big Charles will challenge Lelouch to a fight and reveal his armored suit from the underneath that cape:
