And now you know where Sunrise got the names from.
What if you were stuck in a nightmare surrounded by Anonymous? Surrounded by nameless entities that mutter phrases like "lol u tk him 2da bar|?" "sagesagesage" and "shitsux" everywhere you go? Shirley had to undergo such a torment as all her past and present memories intertwine with one another, rendering her unable to tell reality apart. Scary.
Everyone loves ranking charts, and Zero is no exception. While it's mostly open for debate, some of it are spot on, especially in regards to Kaguya who has the highest Charisma rating, which goes to show the true power of ℳℴℯ❤. Other MVPs include Toudou with his all round high stats, and Lakshata's perfect INT score. The one that surprised me is Diethard's Loyalty rating who just hits the passing grade, though it could have been attributed to the latter second guessing Zero in the past few episodes. Sad that Zero sees Kallen as nothing more than a dumb bitch. °ε° Also, wwwwww at Tamaki. Imagine opening a booster pack of cards only to get another set of Tamakis. Guess he can kiss his career advancement prospects goodbye. Big Charles got it right; PEOPLE ARE NOT BORN EQUAL!
With no one else to turn to, Shirley calls Suzaku out, wanting to know the truth. Bad choice.
I don't know how many of you guys caught on, but I laughed when Shirley got spooked and almost wanted to run away:

He couldn't tell at first, and neither could I. Other than the outfit, nothing about that person looked like Lelouch. Proof that the budget took a nosedive.

Even so, our citrus cyborg must face off against the resident Ninja no Maid Woman. Despite being the harbinger of doom, Agent Orange still has some basic gallantry. Not that it stopped the exchange of blows and projectile flinging between the two, and in the end, Agent Orange emerged victorious, though having augmentations made things a lot easier.
Elsewhere, Cornelia is accompanied by fatso head researcher who reveals V.V's diabolical plan of slaying the gods, though even at this point, its true meaning has yet to be unraveled.
I agree with Crusader, Haruhi is our one true God. Overhearing that heresy is V.V, who creeps up behind the two, only to receive a knife to the forehead. Ouch.
Of course, much like the Pizza Witch(now missing for a grand total of two episodes, which proves what Teeif said was true about her having a fallout with the sponsors 
), V.V also gained the Immortality perk, and reverses the damage, Baccano style. Also, his retort pretty much confirms that he and Big Charles are indeed blood related.
Let's face it, this scene has gone way past the point of stupidity even by the show's standards, and what better way to highlight that fact than to make it more absurd? Witness CLAMP's trademark Noodle Physics™ Engine in its full glory. Then again, I guess Shirley's act of an heroin-ism help dissipate the tension that had reach boiling point between the trio.
It doesn't take long for Agent Orange to catch up to Lelouch:
Agent Orange: Now you see that you cannot succeed all alone against the whole world.
Lelouch: You came all the way to Area 11 to tell me that?
Agent Orange: It is a simple message I am demonstrating. We know where you are going and what you intend.
Lelouch: And I know something about you.

WHAT A TWIIIIIIST! щ(ﾟДﾟщ) No, it's got nothing to do with that lame Deus Ex reference I just made, but rather how Orange-kun switched allegiance at the drop of the hat after he discovers that Lelouch is the son of Marianne, whom he served as bodyguard years ago. So strong is his sense of loyalty that he is willing to forgive the very person who ruined him. Or maybe it's just a game of pretend?

Also, it makes me wonder how he and Sayoko is going to get along, now that they serve the same lord. Here's to hoping for a love-hate relationship between the two which eventually leads to them being a couple. Jeremiah x Sayoko FTW!

Wow, I almost bawww'ed at this line. Even you C.C/Kallen/etc shippers must agree, no one loves Lelouch the way Shirley does. Despite at least two hard disk reformats, her infactuation towards Lelouch never once diminished, and even in the end, she knows her love for him will transcend death itself. Bawwww. 
Nothing like the good old pan out view followed up with an agonizing scream by the hero for drama.

Well, fuck. Of all the stupid theories featured in my posts, this is the first one to materialize, though it's left but a rancid taste in my mouth. I'm beginning to understand why I prefer Shirley over the rest now, since her unrequited love towards Lelouch reminds me of that between Yumiduka Satsuki and Tohno Shiki of Tsukihime. Much like the former, Shirley is the hero's doting classmate who bears a torch for him, and could only impart her true feelings at her deathbed.
Even if they didn't exactly show it, there is no doubt that Rollo pulled off the murder, though interestingly enough, Viletta's line at the beginning of the episode reminded me that she had intended to shoot Shirley as payback, though it's unlikely at this point. When he joined Zero's side, I once believed that Rollo had prevented his own bad end after mellowing from a cold blooded assassin to a adorable little yandere brother, though I guess he pretty much just signed a death warrant, regardless or not if Lelouch finds out. Now that he's taken out someone dear to Lelouch, it makes me wonder if he'd ever go after Nunally next.

I cannot unsee that Elastic Noodle People animation. And I never bothered with the killphrase for Gunther. I would either just run away, and lose him, thus adding to the cathedral level the excitement of evading him as he fruitlessly searched for me (the cathedral was usually rather empty by that point), or I’d set a lot of mines, and lead him into them. I guess running away was my forte.

Noooo! I liked Shirley and cried at her death scene – poor Shirley, poor Lelouch and poor Rolo when Lulu finds out!
Still nice to see batshit insane Rolo still lives – doting little brother Rolo was beginning to get creepy!
Everything happened a touch too fast for my liking in this ep, Shirley dying & Orange-kun switching sides was all a bit rushed. But it feels like everything is set up for the next plot arc now so looking forward to that

Orange-kun must have turned gay for Lelouch too, just like Rolo has. That pretty much clears up why he pledged his alliance to Lelouch so quickly. Geass isn’t Lelouch’s true power, the ability to make enemy males fall head over heels for him is.

I didn’t take Shiley’s death as hard as other people did, but I was sad to see her go. :(
Also, I was HIGHLY disappointed at the Orange-kun and Lelouch encounter. I was hoping for something epic…but it just turned into an “emotional” scene. >_> Here’s hoping Orange-kun is faking it!

Anywho, all that aside; it’s probable that Rolo killed Shirley, but what I also think is that Sunrise JUST MIGHT pull another plot device outta their asses and make some kinda new character pop up outta nowhere.
Also, my suspicions include the Geass people who were with V.V. a few moments ago…or was that in the preview? Well, whatever. Overall, I’m actually wagering that Rolo didn’t kill her…though I’m probably wrong.

First it was Euphy. Now it’s Shirley, my favorite girl. SUNRISE IS CRUEL!
The girl didn’t do anything wrong. She just loved the wrong person, she should have chosen me insted.
Well, Shirley is a character that I will never forget. Honestly, there is nothing special about her, yet she is my favorite girl in the series. THIS MUST BE LOVE!
Well, we don’t know for sure who killed Shirley (whoever that is, I hate him/her). You know SUNRISE, always doing the darnest things to shock/please the fans..
