Whoops, I missed out on covering episode 9, but the following images pretty much sums up what last week was all about:

In the ensuing commotion caused by Xingke, Zero swoops in kidnaps Tianzi for his growing harem, which he orchestrated in such a manner that the former's forces would do most, if not all of the dirty work. And by dirty, I mean it. I can only imagine the kind of fun the Xingke's men had putting that ball gag on.

Along with his grand prize, Zero makes a hasty retreat, only to be interrupted by the likes of Suzaku who has already arrived with his Lancelot. Enter Zangetsu (笑), Toudou's brand spanking new Knightmare Frame, now with all the trimmings, making it look like Gauron's Venom. Yup, just a coincidence. Sunrise would never resort to lifting designs off from other sources. Nope.

Because the extraction point was so far away, it was somehow C.C's responsibility to maneuver her custom 14 wheel Cheese-kun Express out of the Forbidden City. Well, looks like someone's been ordering takeout a wee bit too much.

Having given up, Zero heads to the drivers seat, leaving Kaguya to convince the loli Empress to partake in the formation of the United States Alliance.

With the rage of a thousand lolicons, Xingke is bestowed with the Shen Hu, which is as ridiculously as strong as it looks. After Guren got its upgrade a while back, I knew one day there was going to be matchup like this involving those Hadron Cannons, and sure enough, we got it in this episode.

But wait, how can something made in China be just as good as the one owned by the Japanese?

That explains a lot. As it turns out, the Indian leader green lighted the production of the Shen Hu himself, to which Rakshata said, and I quote "Maharaja, that old geezer!"

Sadly, nothing transpired, and this had greatly angered a certain someone. I think this was what Crusader had wanted:

Being the only non faggot from the Chinese Federation, Xingke managed to overpower and incapacitate Kallen, making her his hostage. Right there and then, I knew of the perfect doujin scenario involving the Black Knight ace and her captors. Don't ask.

The next logical step would have been for Zero to mount a rescue operation to save her, but Diethard, being a asshat, concludes that it was a waste of time. Normally, if it was someone else, say Toudou, I would have agreed, but goddamn it, this is Kallen, HEROIC UNIT OF THE BLACK KNIGHTS AND PROVIDER OF FANSERVICE we're talking about here. So Diethard, fuck you. I'm leaving the Diethard Fanclub as of today. Thankfully, Lelouch decided to stop craving for Suzaku's cock for a moment and decided to go ahead anyway.

A random and cute Anya moment that might prove to be pivotal to the plot later on. More on that at the end of the post. Elsewhere back in the Chinese Federation, we are treated a showdown taken right out of Dynasty Warriors, as Xingke pits his forces against Zero's.

As the respective tacticians of their sides, Zero and Xingke duke it out with their cunning, with the latter charging into the midst of the battlefield to act as a decoy. Zero assumes he had gained the upperhand, until it is revealed it was part of Xingke's strategy the whole while; the classic terrain exploitation tactic.

Still, Zero manages to save himself some face and run like a pussy make a strategic withdrawal, through the deployment of the Ikaruga's Hadron powered weapons. I knew it! The Black Knights head out to an undisclosed location to await Indian reinforcements, while the General Eunuchs enlist the help of Schneizel for what may seem like Zero's last stand.

Back in Area 11, reports of the Empress abduction is reported on television, with Milly calling the gang to reassure everyone about her safety. It was the unlikeliest of persons who picked the phone up.

Haha, oh wow. What will Sunrise think of next? Unless Lelouch had upgraded his Knightmare Frame into an Orbital Frame, there is no possible means for him to be in Ashford there and then. The possible theories would be either that he's a clone or some Mangekyou Sharingan user who's able to deceive even Rollo. I'll be going with my own after this. Also, that thing about Anya, it was quite surprising to know that she's familiar with Lelouch. Fiance anyone? What's really bugging me is how the name of her Knighmare Frame might fit into all this. As we all know, the Knights of Rounds were modeled after the mythical Knights of the Round Table themselves, and according the the Arthurian Lore, Mordred, which is Anya's Knightmare Frame, was supposedly to have been a traitor that killed the King himself. Interestingly enough, Mordred is also apparently Arthur's illegitimate child. Now, if we were to apply this concept to the CG universe, it would mean that Anya is Lelouch's half sister and might probably betray Britannia to join his side. Damn another addition to his harem. I know it's far fetched, but hey I would much rather have Jun Fukuyama and Yuko Goto get all lovey dovey on the here than that other show.

Ignore the following if you are not familiar with the Metal Gear series. We all heard what he said over the phone, but do we know of the nefarious conversation that really took place behind the scenes?

• V.V founded The Aristocrats and recruited Big Charles, Marianne, C.C and Harold Ashford. Each of them with given Type 1 Geass.

• Among other duties, The Aristocrats decide who the Emperor will be, in order to deceive the Britannian public and the rest of the world, to hide their true agenda.

• Big Charles was instated as 43rd Emperor of Britannia.

• Overexposure to Sakuradite radiation led to Big Charles becoming infertile. Not wanting to let the genetic legacy of the greatest soldier to have ever lived simply die out, the Britannian Empire hatched a plan to create clones of Big Charles by artificially inseminating Marianne with the genes of Big Charles.

• This became known as the Les Enfants Terribles(The Terrible Children)project. The results of that project were Solid Lelouch and his twin brother, Liquid Lelouch. Solid was considered to be the superior copy of Big Charles, while Liquid was sent off to an undisclosed training facility in Dallas to perfect his battle prowess.

• After the invasion of Japan that left Marianne dead, Solid Lelouch was put under the care of the Ashfords in secrecy until his coming of age. Duty of surveillance was then put under the responsibility of Milly Ashford, the incumbent Student Council President.

• V.V failed to anticipate C.C’s treachery, and her whereabouts were unknown until the very end of Mission Code Geass, where ironically she had gone to aid the son of Big Charles. C.C escaped captivity while Solid Lelouch was captured by Spinning Suzaku, where the former’s memories of being Zero was erased by Big Charles himself.
• Milly recruits Liquid Lelouch to assume the identity of Solid Lelouch for her own agenda, while Zero faces off againt the Chinese Federation and the Britannian forces.
