@Shinn >>This highlights one of Lelouch’s inherent weakness, as just like Light during crucial moments, he is too quick to declare victory, whereby he did not calculate the fact that Rollo had Geass which is to say not having a contingency plan against unknown factors, though the result of his blunder remains to be seen.

I’m quite sure he already considered Rollo a threat but doesn’t know what powers he has. I’m sure Lelouch took precautions and the gun will be unloaded. ;)

Also don’t forget the geassed spy probably waiting in the background somewhere.
