It's over! Congratulations to Rika for being this year's Most Moe. The journey to the finals was a grueling one for these two newcomers, but Rika has edged everyone else to be crowned champion and prove that fate can indeed be changed. Something to Nii~pah about!
P.S Yet again, it was the gaijin votes that turned the tides to Rika's favor. Hopefully this would not result in foreign voters getting banned next year, as the Eleven's candidate fell due to those votes, as shown below:

As of this post, a whole lot of Elevens are complaining over this matter at 2chan, while 4chan users are rubbing salt into their wounds by trolling at the same place.
